American Shizuki Corporation, the leading manufacturer of custom electrical capacitors, has an immediate opening for a second shift supervisor. This person is responsible for supervision of 10 to 60 associates. This includes training of new hires and current associates implementing company directives, conducting performance appraisals, resolving associates grievances, interpreting company policies and enforcing safety regulations, and coordinating activities of all team members. Qualified candidates must have the ability to function as a team player and interpret documents, speak effectively before groups of associate, solve practical problems, and work with people in a non-threatening way. Qualified candidates must also possess high school diploma or GED and have two to four years related experience or training.
